请问在APARTMENT装洗衣机，普通的水龙头能接得上吗？[问题]

If you buy an apartment-size washing machine, it should be no problem. Ask the sales person first.

But I think there is a question to ask prior to purchasing a washing machine: Does the lease allow you to install a washing machine in your room? Most apartment buildings do not allow that. Some private rental units (in condo buildings) may allow it. It would be a real pain having to uninstall it and returning / selling it.

普通的水龙头不行，要换。
最方便的办法是到HOME DEPOT 买一adapter装到洗脸池的水龙头上，洗衣服时把进水管接上就能用．只要你告诉HOME DEPOT的人你想从洗脸池的水龙头接水到洗衣机，他会帮你找到这种adapter的，而且他还会教你如何安装．

It is pretty risky to do like this way since it is possible that people live next to you would complain to building admin about sound produced by washing machine and they could come in to check
