有没有人经常接到骚扰电话？

从年初还是去年底开始，总是接到骚扰电话，怀疑可能是做广告，又懒得费事说话的。经常接通了，没声音，大概10-20 秒钟后就自动挂了。以前几天接到一通，有时频繁，有时没有。今天接到了5，6 通。不知道是谁打得，又不能不接。骂了他们一句，又没人听得到。真是气死人了。家里有个baby，经常睡觉被吵醒。

有没有人知道怎么着就可以不接类似的电话了。
可不可以把自己家的电话从2008年电话本上删了啊？有经验的人给支个招啊？

到警察局报警备案。以后再接到这种电话的时候，挂断，马上打一个什么号码（要收费的），警察就可以查出那个电话是谁打的。

要是不想把自己的电话列在电话本上，给Bell打个电话就行，好像是要交三十元钱（不知现在又涨价了没有）。

Canada will have a "no-call" list for people to sign up very soon. However, charities, opinion poll companies and companies which have done business with you within the past 18 months will still be able to give you a call. For detail, please check CRTC's website.

Suggestion:

1. Call Bell to remove your number from the phonebook, it costs you $2/month. However, it works only next year since current phonebooks have been distributed to everyone.

2. Call Bell to apply a call display (caller ID) service. It costs you $8/month. You need a phone set with caller ID feature, or buy a caller Id display at $10. With this feature, you can see who is calling you. If it is a unknown number, or so-called "private", don't pickup the phone. If a number bothers you frequently, call police.

Yes, it's annoying, but less likely the malicious harrassment. Another end of the line might have been waiting for you to make a sound to identify your accent(they might be a Chinese-run firm selling Chinese phone service or other products and are hunting Chinese clients). Possible solutions:

1) If you do pick it up and later realized it's a spam phone call, firmly and politely tell them to remove your number from their calling list. They will do so. So long as you don't give out your personal information including name, address and anything deemed as somewhat private, those phone calls can not bring you any harm other than the mood disturbance.
2) Don't pick your phone when it rings the first time. You can change your greeting message for your voice mail into things such as "hi, you know who I am, if it's an emmergency or critical or personal contact, please hang up and dial the same number again in 10 seconds. Leave a message if nobody answers the second call". Normally nobody is that "diligent" to annoy you. I know it sounds crazy and kind of creepy, but it works if you do receive tons of spam phone calls.
3)yes, there will be not-call list available in Canada. You can wait till it takes effect and have a try.
4)tune down the ringing volume of your phone to avoid disrupting your baby's sleep.

１）装一个Caller ID，记下骚扰者的电话。
２）然后你先换电话。
３）然后每晚两点时打电话骚扰他。。。记住你要用公用电话或网络电话。
４）如果你懂编程的话，写个小SCRIPT,每天晚上过五分钟拨他的号一次，看谁先玩死谁。

可以玩到他换电话为止。。。

有一种电脑自动随机拨打电话。。。测试有人接后，以后就会有人打电话做广告。。

如果编程技术比较过关的话，可以考虑在电话接通后自动播放一首比较斗志昂扬的音乐，嗯，我个人认为“咱们工人有力量”比较不错。

怎末就能肯定不是有人单相思，或者暗恋楼主而打电话骚扰呢？不装个Caller ID 是不会知道地。

If it is really a malicious call, you can report to police. After receiving such a call, you can press *69 on your phone to get previous caller's phone number, and it will connect you to the caller if you like. *69 feature will cost you 50 cents by the way. Alternatively you can talk to Bell to get malicious call trace feature, so the caller cannot hang up until tracing is done.

As others suggested, it is more likely telemarketing people calling you. It is annoying but you can improve your english and negotiation skill by talking to them
