bus31 passing by, 5 mins to 60,65,67,77,
only 7 mins to redeau center or wellington st
3th floor,2-bed room, big living room and balcony,clean ,carpet,very good condition..

indoor parking only 25/M
12 square meters bed room for share, 320/M including all.(electronic,hot water,heating,phone,cable tv(70+channels),high speed internet.
there are also some CU stduents living in this big building
