[问题] 求房产扫盲信息

打算一年后买房，现在开始做准备。
有一个超级白痴的问题，房子到底分几种，区别到底在哪里，升值空间如何，
各种房子签约的时候，catch都在哪里，需要考虑什么呢？

买房最重要的是三条, location, location, location

同样的房子在不同的地点,几年以后升值的空间可能会相差一倍.

一定要买好区的小房子,而不是差区的大房子. 好区在市场好的时候先升值,升值大, 在市场差的时候, 后贬值,贬值少.差区正好相反.

如果你想一年后入住的话,可以考虑买新房.长远考虑,新房的升值空间大.

合同的事要找律师搞定.

This is an unofficial stats (some based on Stats Can), but you can still try to search the neighbourhood info there. It will tell you what ranking the neighbourhood is.

我觉得northeast说得来很对。Which area is good depends on a lot of facts - eg. school, safety, environment, traffic, and residents ....

对我而言，school暂时不太重要。而且我觉得生源对中小学影响应该不亚于师资吧。我觉得residents>environment>safety>traffic。
可是好的区价钱就会高一些了，还得量力而行。比如我最想买在Moonly Bay附近，独立屋至少要70万！只能放弃。

学区好很能说明问题，因为生源好。看看最新的中小学排名，其中父母受教育程度跟学校排名成正比。
