请问Riverside south的房子怎么样?

近来在Riverside south看了一下Richcraft开发的Townhome,感觉还不错.请问有在那里买房子的朋友吗?可不可以告知一下那里环境怎么样?学区好吗?治安如何?靠近机场那么近影响大吗?
