One solution I recommended, switch to the liquid formular.
They are two types: ready to use, and concentrated.
For baby within a month, I use ready to use. This is the easiest
form to be digested by baby except the breasfeed. It is more expensive,
but very well deserved in my opinion.
The reason for this, I have compared my sister's son who used
baby formular power and my son used concentrated formula
when they were all at the beginning of six months, my sister's son
had constipation quite often, and my son did not at all. When my
mom switch him to concentrated formula, he did get a lot better.
My yoounger one is two years and four months now, I still give
him this formula instead of milk as supplemnet of food.

Try concentrated formular,it'll be better,but make sure you use it within 48 hrs,otherwise,ready to use formular will be better,and use powder formula within 1 month after opening.
I think you better use concentrate formula for a 2 months old baby. If she is older than 6 months, may switch to power slowly, one time a day and 2 and 3 times......
And for baby older than 2 months, not sure if u can feed her some prune jam or juice( ask your family doctor ), it will help.
But most important, water sure help, for babies taking formula.
My baby had a very serious constipation, every time when she poo poo, crying....oh.............Don't like that happens to other baby again, really bad.
