我和男朋友都在渥太华上学，他移民了，我们准备办结婚移民，如果我申请的话想递交到missasaga,不像递交到alberta,it's said that alberta takes longer ,但是missasaga 好像是专门办理境外的，别人告诉我境内的也可以递交到那，但是填表的时候要填applying for permanent residence from within canada, or the other application for missasaga,,? but the application kits for applying for permanent residence from within canada require to send the application to alberta.
