请问递交移民申请是否要求已经在加拿大居住1年以上？

请问各位，我现在在渥太华持有work permit，已经呆了半年多点，想向Buffalo递交移民申请，最近听到有人说要在加呆了1年以上，Buffalo才能接受。不知道是不是这样，或者有没有要求。

Do you want to apply as skilled workers (and professional) to immigrate to Canada? If so, it requires 1 year continuous full time related work experience. Details at Immigrating to Canada: Skilled workers and professionals

If you have the work permit but no work experience, you are not qualified for this immigration type no matter how long you stay in Canada.

谢谢！我在中国的时候已经有若干年的全日工作时间，是做专业工作的。也就是说，按照网站上说的工作时间我够了。但是我不知道是不是有要求要在加拿大居住1年以上。因为网上没有明确说。

如果你要递BUFFALO的话。前提是你需要在北美生活一年的时间。。。如果递 北京是一定不要有。。香港可能也不要

It does not require a residency in Canada for more than a year at all. Check the CIC Web site for details.
