If you "really" want ice wine, you should just get a bottle from the wine store. The ones that you can do your own wine making is just "ice wine like", but they are not real ice wine. Ice wine has to be made from naturally frozen grapes at a certain time of the year, and those ice making kits are just using concentrated juice.

老实说，我因为找不到做的就买了一个试试，觉得还不如在VinHaus做的。。呵呵，可能太老土。买的太淡太甜了，想葡萄酒。

No need to prepare anything. Just go there and buy a kit. It takes 10 min to mix the stuff, and they will store it for you until it's ready to be put into bottles. The price depends on which type you want to make. I think it's around $7 a bottle (the kit can make many bottles).
