sublet 2-bedroom apt at st.lauren and russel(3 months toward the end of lease)

I have 2-bedroom apartment at St. Laurent and Russel, near to shopping mall, #86 bus station just downstairs, most important, the management is CLV Group, very good managed apartment building, super clean.

It's on 7th floor, the building is 12-story in total.

I like this apartment a lot, but I have to move out of Ottawa because I changed my job.

The apartment will be available either June 1st or July 1st (negotiable), the lease will end at September 31th. The rent is 989$ officially, but I would like to ask 900$. You have the potential to renew the lease if you like it after 3 month stay here.
