The room is available immediately and I can sell my excellent-condition furniture at very reasonable price (since I am moving out, I don't plan to take them with me). The room includes a queen bed, a closet and a dresser. I have also study desk and sofa as well as dining set in the apt. All the furniture are bought in Jan 07 and has rarely been used.

The roommate is a CU girl, very nice and clean.
