stevenw 资深人士 VIP 注册 2003-12-22 消息 1,977 荣誉分数 166 声望点数 223 2008-03-08 #4 绝大多数房子的 Attic 内冬天都有冰。 当外部温度在 -10 至 0度以上快速变化 （加上大太阳）时，这些冰会变成水。 如果Attic 内Insulation底部的塑料密封不严， 加上Vantilation不好， 冰变水的速度快于湿空气排出attic 速度，你就有问题了。 有水滴/流出是好事，你可以发现的早。否则几年后你要花大把钱换ceiling 等春天在屋顶上换装一个3Tier Vantilation。
