In canada, you can move to live in between provinces without any requirements. Once you live in that province, just go to their government ofiice and get approipriate IDs, such drive licence, OHIP, etc.
A mother will get more than 1 year leave after having a baby, but you pay additional tax on this benefit/insurance... In the rest of Canada, this leave is 1 year only and it is covered by EI.
