[问题]centrepoint的condo & terrace homes

现在标价是condo$194K起价（1038sq ft)。terrace homes (for what i could afford) 是$217K（1,256 sq ft)。
不知道大家觉得这个价钱值么？谢谢。

single house price in Centrel point is stuck now, not sure about townhouse and condo.

Centerpoint is dead!

Look at the crowded strees full of vehicles. And they are bringing 300 more homes on the small lot beside the street ! And they already put a lot of condo/apartments on the city hall side.

By the way, the elementory schools are not good either.
