谢谢各位朋友，我是二型的，吃药运动饮食我知道能控制血糖，但是我听周围有两个例子，他们一个是吃了国内的药拜糖平，一个不知道是吃啥，反正都是年纪30 多岁得了，最后10年后得了肝癌，虽然他们血糖也控制得不错，结果医生鉴定是长期吃药损害肝脏，所以我不知道加拿大这边是不是有好药或者好的保健品能够避 免这个药的毒副作用，我浏览了下各大网站，一个发现奶蓟草这种保健品对护肝有作用比如脂肪肝，肝炎啥的，同时能够消除吃药的毒作用，另一个我看了全美最大 的保健品公司GNC的网站，他们有买两个产品，一个是 Nutrition® Diabetic Nutrition Plan，另一个是GSL Sugar Balance，药效解释分别为第一个：For the special dietary needs of diabetics
