The intersection of Hunt Club Road and Woodroffe Avenue was the worst intersection for collisions last year.
The Ottawa Sun reports there were 43 crashes at the intersection in 2007.
The intersection of Prince of Wales Drive and West Hunt Club Road placed second on the list with 40 crashes, followed by Hunt Club Road and Riverside Drive and Meadowlands Drive and Merivale Road at 39 crashes.
40 people were killed in crashes on Ottawa roads in 2007, a 29 per cent increase from previous years. An average of 31 people were killed on Ottawa roads between 1998 and 2002.
There were 15-thousand collisions on municipal, provincial and federal roads in 2007.
