I switched to acanac from bell this week.
Called them and registered on Monday, they sent a modem on Tuesday and received this Wednesday. Plugged new modem and just works.
Did not find any speed changed, but pay about 19 bucks each month for one year term, however you need pay one year in advanced plus 50 bucks modem deposit.
In theory the reliability should be the same as bell/sympatico, for me probably it is better, because I found bell never give me 5M speed, only 3M.....
The only thing that bell is good is tech. support. If you have any billing problem, just call them, I think you should get it solved.

Last year Sympatico also overcharged me all the time. I called many times to get refund. At the end of the year, I found the amount refund was more than overcharged. Sounds good? The Sympatico represents I called are all local and very friendly. Besure your call is local, rather than redirected to out of Canada.

My feeling is that Biz related is local and tech. related is in India, I asked when I called tech. supported.
Honestly, bell is not too bad, except it is too expen$ive.

我咋一直用Bell多年，没发现乱扣什么费用呢？请问楼主一般都over charge什么项目？我也好好研究一下我的账单，看有什么问题没有。:blowzy:
