骗局？？？

我在网上卖东西，然后美国的买家竟然提出要求购买，然后用快递给我寄了一张2500 $的支票 ， 东西原价400 。。

然后写信给我 ，让我季东西然后给出多余钱，我认为这是个骗局，有没有必要报警？？？

信内容如下 ：

Hello Seller,
I wish to inform you that your payment has been approved by the
company and issued out your check since friday and as been pick up by
UPS Courier Services[1Z75R4300497048248] and we hope that you will
receive the check this week.The fund issued to you is overpayment for
the shipper[$2500].Get the check cashed/deposited immediately deduct
your item cost and send the excess fund to our shipper immediately
when you cleared the check so that our shipper can arrange for the
pick up of the item we bought from you and dispatch them with all
other items we have with him already to our various branches where
they are needed. But the company intends to send those item to their
various branches all over the world.So our shipper will responsible
for that.Deduct extra $50 for your stress factor. SEND OUT THE EXCESS
FUND TO BELOW INFORMATION THROUGH MONEYGRAM TRANSFER as I make
arrangement with shipping company here in united state.

你先把钱cashed出来。cashed了以后，你再给他邮寄东西啊。

假支票～就算CASH出来一帐也会被追回～因为根本不是支票户主的支票～明白么？？？？不是支票户主的支票～支票户主有权把钱追回来的～

千万别CASH然后邮东西～保证你人财两失～
