请问一下大家，rogers有没有像国内的那种手机充值卡？

还有其他公司有pay as you go

rogers没听说过有那样的

yes, they all have 'prepaid service'.
Rogers, Telus, Fido...
You can buy prepaid cards at post office, or most convenience store(e.g. mac's or 7-11)
