Job Description The immediate focus of this position is to gain a working knowledge of InfoExpress' three products to provide support to our existing customer base:
Applicable Skills
- CyberGatekeeper (Network Access Control (NAC) solution)
- CyberArmor (desktop firewall solution)
- VTCP (software VPN solution)
- Take incoming e-mail/telephone calls to support customer needs
- Dispatch issues to other SEs as required
- File and track feature requests/bug reports based on customer requirements
- Proactively contact large accounts to discuss outstanding issues
- Generate technotes to document common problems or illustrate new product uses
- Develop new plugins to enhance product functionality
- Document and extend existing testing procedures
- Install and test new versions as part of the QA process
- Help QA new tests developed externally
- Come up with new test ideas, based on research and customer feedback
- Perform pre-sales consulting and installation for InfoExpress products
- Travel to customer sites as needed (typically 15%-25% travel)
- Conduct online presentations/webcasts to potential customers
- Work closely with account executives throughout the sales process
