The ideal candidate will:
- Attend and participate in meetings or focus groups related to the Patent Data Export project (prioritization, resource assignment, strategies, resolution, structured walk-throughs, peer reviews, etc.).
- Assist with project planning and design reviews.
- Determine and document level of effort needed for development and requirements analysis when required.
- Write documentation for code or functions being developed.
- Development of client/server application using Visual C++ tools and process in a Windows/LAN development environment.
- Write Help text when required.
- Prepare release (project) notes.
- Perform Unit, integration, functional, system and regression testing of code developed.
- Create promotion to acceptance testing (AT) package and hand-over to AT.
- Create implementation packages (scripts) for promotion to production.
- Update functional and technical documentation.
- Prepare, where needed, training packages and user training.
- Provide knowledge transfer at the end of the project.
