transcript can only be picked up by the person whose name is ON the transcript (THEY DO CHECK ID). However, Carleton offers MAILING services. you ONLY need to tell them to mail your transcript to you. and for emergency purposes, they also can FAX your transcript to embassy.

有THIRF PARTY PICK UP 的，FAX TO EMBASSY IN CHINA？有这个的吗？网站上没写，要钱的吗？我妈说大使馆拒绝直接收信件，只能人去HAND IN的。。不知道这个能不能的
