建议想match捐款的同学稍微等等再行动

In a sense, you needn't worry too much about the "1:1 MATCH 捐款方式", as long as you donate money to "aid groups working on disaster relief in China" such as the Red Cross. The government should be announcing more details soon in terms of the maximum amount it is willing to match for funds raised within a specific period of time, but that should not stop you from making a donation now.

By the way, if the matching fund program to be announced is similar to the previous ones (Tsunami and Pakistan earthquake), it could be very different from what you might have expected. For example, the matched funds for the Tsunami were put in reserve and NGOs must submit project proposals in order to access the funds...
