请推荐 - OTTAWA剪头发

请各位推荐一个你用过的真正好的理发师，洋人/中国人/哪国人都行。 他/她应该会用剪刀来剪层次， 而不是用刀片削头发。 也不是动不动就用去薄剪子。谢谢！

There is one I used to go when I lived in the East End. The person's name is "Zdravco". He works in "Joseph's" in St. Laurent Shopping Ctr. He is the best I have ever had. However, choosing a hair dresser also depends on personality. I actually watched a few hair dressers in that store for about 5-10 minutes and liked his style and the way he treats the hair, cutting, combing and etc.
