Hi everyone:
this is jackie and want to rent a room.
Requirements:
1. near CU(drive car no more than 15 or 20 mins)
2. furnished with bed and desk
3. parking aviable(because I have a car)
4. If it is apartment, I don't want the living room to be rent.(at lest I don't want to live in living room)
5. I just can move in one month later(because I shall let my landlord known one month early)
6. not rent basement
7. enviroment shall be safety, quiet and clean
Personal inforamtion:
I am an OU student but now taking courses in CU master degree. Quiet, nice and clean chinese man. because generally I stay in library until 11:00pm, so hope it doesn't boring your sleep at night when I am back home lately.
