安玛有关东海协议的系列评论，的确是围绕着国际法赋予中国人和后代的海洋权利，来论述东海协议是如何违背联合国海洋公约的精神，出卖中国的领海主权的。
网友DrinkWater没能否认摆在眼前的东海协议确实是违反了国际法出出卖了国家主权，但却提出中日东海争议，与台湾和西藏议题一起都是美国围堵中国的一个筹码。
安玛完全同意DrinkWater 关于中日东海争议背后是美国黑手操纵的论点，但是却认为单方面大让步到了出卖主权底部的东海协议，不但不能斩断美国的黑手破解中日东海的矛盾，反而恰恰会更加吭奋日本对东海主权和资源的野心，为以后的中日和好埋下负面的定时炸弹还会引发周边国家侵蚀中国海洋利益的妄想，从实际上破坏睦邻外交增强美国围堵中国的能力。

When the Bush Administration took office in year 2000 the US quit. Speculation was those fields do not contain much oil rich enough worth opening. As time goes and things unfold, it is becoming more apparent that this is a calculated plot: 1. as the US quit, the Japanese started to make trouble, 2. the US coerced the Chinese Yuan to escalate to a US demanded level, 3. the US invaded Iraq using false and fake reasons ignoring the UN, 4. the US deliberately devaluated its dollar to jack up oil prices pushing it to historical height and still rising.
Does anyone remember how the US bankrupted and dismantled the former USSR? They mislead the USSR leader to fall into calculated plots and traps. They raised the dollar value and suppressing oil prices.
If China fights Japan, the US will laugh to the end. China and Japan are the biggest US debt holders. If China chooses to do nothing its economy will suffer from high oil prices becoming flat and causes social unstability, which is what the US wanted.
If China compromises Japan then the US (hires someone to?) spread accusations that the Hu Administration "sells off" sovereignity to mislead the Chinese people to become inconfident of their leader, causing social unstability, which is what the US wanted. All these targets nothing but to dismantle China (into 7 peices). The West used to do "divide and conquer" and they are still doing it: divide the average Chinese people, divide Taiwn from Mainland, divide Tibet from the rest of China, divide Japan and China ... China must survive the attack by all means.
I think the East Sea accord is one of the defense against the all out US attack.By the way, several articls in this forum have mentioned the "Ocean" laws. Please don't be naive eoungh to believe they resolve conflicts. They are merely weapons used by the West. Law of the Jungle is the only law, unfortunately.
