新房FrameWalk,需要找专业验房师吗

马上就到日子了，自己是第一次买房，毫无经验。是否需要找个专业验房师陪同呢？还有就是主要看什么呢？

It is strongly recommend that you should hire a house inspector. Let me put it this way, you are purchasing the most expensive item in your life. For the next 10 to 15 years, you are going to work your gut out in order to pay it back.

Now, are you going to risk your investment for not hiring an inspector?

我也觉得房子检查很重要。可这次是frame walk，只是房子骨架搭起，不同于home delivery inspection。难道是两次都需要找验房师吗？律师只强调了home delivery inspection那次，这次是否也一样重要呢？

Home delivery inspection will be fine. It is impossible to do inspection each time they put something new in the house (I don't think the builder would let you do any kind of inspection, cause the house doesn't belong to you yet).
