We meet at the corner of Elgin St. and Isabella St., where there is a TD bank, at 10:00 AM Saturday.
The distance of this route is 10k. We cover it in about 85 minutes. Currently we use run/walk/run method (run about 10 mins, take 1 min walk break, then repeat), since one in our group just started running less than 2 months ago. As he progresses, we will cut the walking break, eventually we will run all the way, and further the distance.
