想在附近找一处Townhouse(House)或者Apartment. 打算在8月20日之前入住。

因为希望和一个朋友一起住，所以希望可以租整栋Townhouse（House）或者两室一厅以上的Apartment~

如果有95路车直达的地方也可以（不希望转车）。

I stay at Algonquin College Residence, I'd like to move out from there before 20th of August 2008.
