A room in a large one-bedroom apartment, newly renovated for two female students (non-smokers please), $325 each. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate two single beds and a study desk. All utilities are included. Hardwood floors. Private kitchen, private bathroom and dining room (which can be used as a study room as well). It is possible to discuss the question of furnishing. The laundry room is downstairs (coin-wash).
Very close to Carleton U and O-Train. I will not be living in the apartment; I will just be using the living room as my work/study place from time to time.
