如果别人死不承认，那也没有办法了。都撞成那样了，那个人居然说他没有撞，而且就算撞了，也不知道，这怎么可能么。太无耻了！

恩，可是我的车被撞地蛮厉害的，警察给了我这个case number,说可以让我跟我的保险公司说。

警察局刚刚打电话来，说那个人联系上了，他不承认撞我车，而且说他就算撞了，也不知道，这怎么可能么？就是赖账，哎，只能算我倒霉了。

The problem is nobody can prove the owner did it. You can prove his car had a accident and bumped into your car but you cannot prove who is the driver. Police can do nothing about it. Sorry that's the law.

Unless you have a withness who can identify both the driver and the car.

Yes, don't give up, try to call the police and ask if they can go check the other car, even the other car's owner keep said he didn't do it or don't know what happened, those are not excuse at all, the result is what the police said in the report and not the car owner said, my insurance told me even can't found another car's owner, if the report from the police said that is hit and run, the insurance still will pay for the cost of fix your car, won't increase your next year's fee, but may be need to pay for the deductable ($300). When I heard from the policeman who told me the other car's owner said he didn't hit my van, I feel very angry too, so I ask the police what he can do for me or what I suppose to do, also call insurance and ask what I suppose to do, both of them will give you their professional opinion and really help you to settle the problem. 总结：经过这事情后，我对自己总结一下经验
1. 每次在停车场取车走前，要看看自己的车有没有损坏，车上有没有人留的字条，车的附近有没有人呆站着看你。
2. 在得知事发后，马上要报案，通知自己的保险公司，希望得到警察和保险公司的帮助。
3. 极力配合，找人证，找线索。
4. 在别人撞了你车，逃跑，抓到了还不承认撞你车的情况下，狠狠的诅咒他一下。
5. 以后在买车的时候可以选择比较抗击打的车，比如美国，德国车，（不要选日本车，我就吃这亏了，撞我的人是德国车，他连擦痕都没有）
6. 在停车场开车要万分小心，记住你不撞人，人还会撞你呢。
7. 如果自己在停车场目睹这类事件，一定要给受害者留下线索，那个撞车人的车牌，大概的样貌，还有自己的联系方式，如果有条件还可以拍下照片作为证据。
