强烈提醒最好不要找宋强。房屋检测不需要博士论文做基础，相反，房屋检测的东西Ph.D也不会覆盖的。他的非专业检测报告看走眼的地方稍微多了点，甚至有些滑稽。（我以及两个朋友已经上过当了，后悔莫及啊）。
个人经历和观点，仅供参考。当然，如果你想照顾同胞那就另当别论了。
