I do not see 生粉 in here. If you are asking about 木薯粉, that's probably grated casava, 粘米粉 is rice flour.

You can use shortening to replace it, though not as fragrant and not as healthy. (Yes animal fat is actually healthier than hydrogenated vegetable oil). Try Tenderflake.
