就是，还有每月的贷款利息，也和租房差不多，只不过house比公寓舒服些，但是住house比住公寓更累得说。呵呵。

讨论是否买房没有意义，去一个陌生的城市，当然是先租了，等熟悉了环境稳定以后才会考虑买房是吧
三口之家就租个apartment比较划算也省事吧，我们以前也租minto的apartment，感觉minto管理不错，我不小心撞碎了厨房吊灯，跟管理员说了第二天他就拿了新的来换上。就是规矩多点，比如自己要按空调就要先通知minto，比如要搬走之前必须彻底打扫干净，尤其是中国人用过的厨房，否则minto就会给你寄大额罚单了。
