If you want go to 法庭 or 找告票公司, you need make sure you can win the case. Otherwise, you cannot waive these 2 points plus pay a lots money for lawyer or for 告票公司

Of course, you can try no ask lawyer so no pay for the lawyer -- the worst is you keep the 2 points only.

For my friend's experience, 你承认guilty, 罚钱减一些 BUT also 扣你点.

You can ask a help lawyer at city hall and give him some reasons, you may have less payment with 扣你点, but no need show up at court.
