请教个问题： 刚从国内来的新移民，持有国内的驾照，还没有去考安省的驾照，想先买车，买车同时就要上保险，没有驾照能让买保险吗？

别本末倒置。

先把驾驶执照拿到，再考虑下一步。否则，买辆车，也是废铁一堆。

You can buy a vehicle with a G1 which is so easy to get it. You can get the car insurance with the G1 either.

So if you really want to do it, I think is OK.
