怎么appeal闯红灯

被拍了，打算去appeal一下，请教下什么样的理由比较能奏效，还有就是对方大概能做出多大的让步。谢谢

去年我也被拍了，取申诉，不但没有减钱，还多收了30.你的罚单是多少钱？

沒勝訴的可能，直接交罰款就行。lz如果不死心，或者想多拖延幾天，可以在申請not guilty。最多可以延緩罰款的時間。

如是自己闯红灯, appeal不可能胜诉.

You can go to see a help lawyer who just at the court office, and no need pay him. If you say some reason to him, you may get less payment.

It is nothing with your friend's record if clearly say that was you driving the car -- if your living address is different from your friend's address and he agreed that you use his car. BUT, his insurance fee may go up, and it may affect up to 6 years (Depends on the policy of the insurance company).

270包括collection fee，因为寄去了老地址，renew牌照的时候才知道。

你朋友的车有没有COVER你的保险? 否则的话,会不会又多了你无保险开车的麻烦.
当然如果你自己的保险可以让你开不同车主的车是例外.

拍照应该很难胜诉,因为有照片为证.

2. Wish the cop has no time to attend the court. Whatever for any reason.

after appeal, 190 became 120, and u could do it in city hall, don't need to show up in court
