申请加拿大护照, 在Proof of Canadian Citizenship的Certificate of Canadian citizenship是要公民卡的原件还是复印件就好?谢谢.

I am confused here.

For Canadian citizenship? No, not by birth. It should be the date you received your Canadian citizenship, I guess.

If it is for Chinese citizenship, yes by birth then your DOB.

还是在Proff of Canadain Citizenship的A中，表格给出的问题是：Did you acquire citizenship of another country before February 15, 1977? 我是否填Yes, By birth, P.R.CHINA? 但是那个Effective date应该如何填呢？不好意思，我挺笨的。
