今天雪化, 发现地下室渗水. 请问如何诊断和修理. 一定要从墙外挖吗?

室内是否能解决问题?
 
Do not be scared. Many houses have this problem(especially old ones). If you have it fixed inside, the problem may appear later again. If it is not serious, simply ignore it.
 
如果想修,只能等天暖了,在外部下手。

看来,买房子的时候,得看看地势。“买高不买低”,不无道理。
 
我从里面修过。关键是看怎么漏的水,漏水的程度。你这样问问题太笼统,很难回答
 
我发现地下室墙上有裂缝 大约有2-3毫米. 我能看见水渗进来. 不知是否属于结构问题. 如果属于结构问题, 应该在7年保修期内.

the professionals will drilled several holes along the crack and then inject expanding caulking into the crack with high pressure injector.

Thank you for your response. My basement is not finished.
 
What I heard is that fixing from inside is more expensive than outside,
but don't know which solution is better. Right now it is winter time so
current choice is only fixing it from inside.
 
So my understanding outside fix is better than inside?
normally the higher the price, the better the quality.
 
Got the quote today. Inside fix 450$ plus GST. Outside fix 1700 plus GST. I chose to fix it inside.

normally the higher the price, the better the quality.
Not really true. The outside fix only give 10 years warranty. The inside fix give you lifetime warranty.

我问了几家, 这家是最便宜的. 不知渥太华有没有中国人的公司?

BTW, 地下室墙渗水问题 tarion 好像也只管两年
