貌似如果把12月的pass退掉 3月开始就是原价买票 62左右吧
12月不退 3月就是多花25买新的
12月退 3月原价买票 多花的是从2月15号开始到2月底坐车的钱 如果只是上学的话算5天*$3 就是15
所以退能省10几块钱 不过最近rideau那里排队退票的人好多 没有个半个小时 估计退不到
