parking spot close to Ottawa Heart Institute

I am looking for a parking spot within walking distance to Ottawa Heart Institute at 40 Ruskin St. (off Parkdale Ave), either a parking lot or someone's driveway. Starting April 1. Willing to pay reasonable monthly fee. Please drop me a line if you have any information. Or if you live close to that area and have a spot available in your driveway, I would really appreciate if you could rent it to me. Thanks a lot.

It is not easy to find parking nearby. You might park on the street, but remember to move it after 3 hours. Parking ticket is very common around that area.
