I have no experience to apply their job, but one suggestion :

you should tell the position , or leate the catalog of the job ( Nurse, IT, ...) otherwise, no one can answer your question.

如果SAS不熟练的话，赶紧看看SAS，如果自我感觉SAS不错就不用担心了。
笔试的东西不会很难，不会超过大学三年级的内容，因为他们实际工作中的统计内容就没超过这个水平。不会有公式，不会有证明。当要求用平常语言解释统计术语和指标的时候，英文不要出错。这太关键了。
