The reason I have to move away from this service is it doesn't receive fax well. Fax is crucial to my work. unfortunately, I have to use traditional phone line for that. In the first 6 months of using italkbb service, it has been great. I have absolutely no problem using it, except, as I mentioned before: cannot receive fax.
If you have a reliable internet, and have no need for fax, this service is a perfect way of saving money, compare to Bell service with comparable features. And on top of that, I will provide as much incentive as I can for you to take over this contract.
