lease或者finance车的朋友每次renew保险都要通知车行吗?

我的保险年底到期的, 保险公司自动帮我RENEW了半年, 钱我一直正常交着.
可今天收到FINANCIAL SERVICES的电话, 说我保险到期了, 也就是说我FINANCE的车没保险, 这是不符合他们规定的, 而且他们已经派了拖车来拖, 没找到我的车, 问我把车开哪去了.
我解释了以后他们让我把RENEW后的保险单FAX给他们, 不过拖车费要我交. 有好几百...
我想问问finance车的朋友们有没有同样经历, 每次renew保险都要主动通知车行吗? 半年就要做一次?

应该拒绝交款。这么牛的，未经联系就敢拖车，感觉像是诈骗一样。

I lease two car in 5 years,( toyota), and use state farm ins. ( it auto renew every half year) never fax copy to toyota, in my understand you don't need notice them if you did not change ins. company or police number. I got a call from toyota one time because of I changed ins. company, I only told them new ins. company and police number, no any problem.
