罚单问题请教

今天出门遇到警察，在STOP SIGN 被开了罚单。问了警察说没有罚点。
请教哪位知道没有扣点的TICKET影不影响保险？若不影响就交了算了，若有影响考虑出庭了。

yes, the ticket is"disobey offical sign(stop sign)", it is $35 and without demerit point.
do you sure it does not effect on insurance?

I was not quoting the exact item in the rule book, but in a generic term.
