That is partly due to their no refund/exchange only policy. Also some products are refurbished.

Loblaws 有买President Choice的电饭锅. 是大号的, 可以定时,用按钮操作的. 大概40块左右, 比其他牌子那种机械式按下去的要好. 价格也不贵. 而且据说是终身保修.
