For years I do it by myself for my asphalt driveway.
Clean your driveway first.
Use Driveway Crack filler and Pot hole filler repairs holes, large cracks and small cracks. It needs to do when you find damaged hole or cracks, but for Use Driveway Crack filler and Pot hole filler, next 24 hours temperature must be over 10c degree and no rain.
Then, use Driveway Sealer cover your whole driveway. It need to do it once one to four years depends on what kind of Driveway Sealer you buy ( they written down at outside as, apply every year, to every 4 years; 3 or 4 years one price is high.) Same, Clean your driveway first and next 24 hours temperature must be over 10c degree and no rain.
You can buy these produces from Home depot, Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, or RONA.
You need know how many square meters or feet of your Driveway and buy enough Driveway Sealer for two coverage use. As my double driveway, I need use it for at lest 85 square meters coverage.

No need 点火 by using Driveway Crack filler and Pot hole filler. it 能持续长时间. 点火, looked as I saw it in China long time ago. May for Road repair in here, they have a professorial truck, 点火 inside. For your driveway, NO.
Of Course, if your driveway is in very bad conditions, Driveway Crack filler and Pot hole filler is not enough. You may need rebuild it all.
