Strongly suggest everyone not to use ACANAS internet.
We registered on May 4th and there was a promise to activate within 3-7 business days! We received the router last Thursday and connected it to phone line in the night. So far it is still NOT WORKING!
Called five times in the last 4 days, all the phone receiver sounded like answering two phonecalls at the same time and always lost their voices:
First time to technical support. They claimed didnt receive apartment number and have to delay the activation for another 4 days (what an excuse).
Second time to the sales. promised to send a urgent request to activate but no signal so far at all;
Third time to another sales. This lady talked in an extremely rude manner saying we had to wait for another 5-6 business days until next week... refused to transfer the call to her supervisor until we argued with her for 20 minutes... then waited for another 20 minutes to have a chance to talk with the "SUPERVISOR' who told that they have to reply on the BELL guys to activate and nothing could be done. and this guy's voices just disappeared during the talk.
This company required prepayment for a whole year's fee and provided such a poor service so roughly at the same time.
If it is IMPOTENT to provide the service, two options: either get out of the market or go to other countries to fool other customers.
