I applied Royal Bank Platinum Credit Card Last Wednesday through internet. They phoned me last Friday, said I was approved and the card will be ready within 7 business day. Today, one representive gave me a call to ask me pick up the credit card. I am so surpised of that. This noon I went to the branch to pick up the card. Unfortunately, it was not Platinum card, then I refused to accept it. The representive realized I don't have any account opened in Royal Bank. Then she helped me phoned the credit department right away and upgraded the card to Platinum level in the computer side and activated it even I don't have physical Platinum card.
