今天我第一次去MONTREAL，由于地段不太熟，我在 1701Rout Transcanadienne(Dorval) 地段，上高速时，GPS 没有看清楚，结果MISS掉了高速走上了右边的LOCAL（高速同LOCAL就只有用铁栏杆隔开，更本分不太清楚），结果我速度还没有降下来，５０MILE 的 LOCAL， 我开了９０MILE，刚好前方有MOTOCYCLE 的２个警察，有一个拿着LASER 的警察，将我难住，我同那警察不管怎么求情，他都不听。因为我是第一次开车去MONTREAL，而且我才过G２半个月。那警察直接给了我一张TICKET，不仅要罚４８８元（MIN３５０＋COST１２８＋CONTRIBUTION１０），还要扣６点（QUBEC 有１５点），请问各位好心人有什么建议，我将感激不尽！

ＬＺ meant KM, I believe. LZ was driving at 90km/h in a 50km/h zone.

He/she may came from USA and not changed into Canadian km. When typed "mile" maybe too hurry to want a help and too nervous.

But I think it is difficult to deal with this case because the police has a LASER with a proof and much over speed of 40km.

May can go to a city helper just beside the court and ask a less payment, usually can get up to 50% off? But cut less of 扣６点, not easy ?

那里的扣点，能扣到拿安省执照的人身上吗？

你很有可能从你的安省驾照上扣3点，因为90km/h在50km/h的路上基本上要扣三点（在安省）再加上你的解释。

此外，如果楼主决定to fight it off，我觉得你应该到吃罚单的地方看看如下：

1. 是不是可以（legally speaking)从这个Y字型的路上选择上左或者上右；
2. 如果可以，上到这个慢速度的路上有限速标志吗？如果有是多少？
3. 如果没有，那么哪个加速的引路上有限速标志吗？如果有是多少？

如果你能够证明你按限速标志开，但是这个慢路上你这样根本没有提醒你不能开这么快的限速标志，那么你可能赢了。

如果你觉得fight it off，把你走的路从走一遍（录下来）研究研究。不过，这次一定开慢点。
